Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of food and grocery products, we follow strict quality and hygiene standards.
Non-Returnable Products
All food products, masalas, and grocery items are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, unless:
- Product is damaged in transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
Reporting an Issue
Customers must:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share unboxing video/photos as proof
- Email at support@diamondfood.in
Without proper proof, refund/replacement may not be approved.
Refund Process
If approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to original payment method (as per Razorpay guidelines )
- COD refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer
Refund Deductions
Refunds may exclude:
- Shipping charges (if applicable)
- Payment gateway charges (in rare special cases)
Diamond Food reserves the right to reject refund claims if:
- Product is used or tampered
- Claim is raised after 24 hours
- Incorrect address provided by customer
