Order Cancellation Window
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order OR before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

Cancellation After Dispatch
- If the order is already shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
- If a customer refuses delivery, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund (if applicable).
Seller Cancellation
- If Diamond Food cancels your order due to stock unavailability or unforeseen reasons:
- A 100% refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
