  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During high-demand periods or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
  1. Shipping Locations
  • We currently ship across India only.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

If your area is not serviceable by our courier partner, we will inform you and process a full refund.

  1. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business reminders
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Unforeseen circumstances

Diamond Food is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

  1. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (as displayed on website).

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
  • You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s tracking link.
  1. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number are accurate.

If:

  • The address is incorrect
  • Customer is unavailable at delivery
  • Order is refused

The parcel may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges will be applicable
    OR
  • Refund will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.
  1. Damaged or Tampered Package

If you receive a package that appears:

  • Damaged
  • Opened
  • Tampered

Please:

  • Do not accept the parcel
    OR
  • Record an unboxing video and notify us within 24 hours of delivery
