If your area is not serviceable by our courier partner, we will inform you and process a full refund.

- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

- Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (as displayed on website).
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
- Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:
- You will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
- You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s tracking link.
- Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number are accurate.

- Customer is unavailable at delivery
- Order is refused
The parcel may be returned to us. In such cases:
